School leadership academy August of 2009 Ongoing staff development and support per individual school plans. Monitor/ Adjust Data-based decision making. School monitoring of school level initiatives – monthly meetings of school leadership teams Ongoing support of administrative team. Continued work per the plans as outlined. Continued membership in Successful Practices Network. On-site visits to model schools Annual participation in We Teach/We Learn Survey Annual report to R3 committee. Ongoing February –June Beginning June 2009
