Systems Approach to High School Restructuring Goal Setting Individual schools identify goals and develop strategic plans. Sub-committees review school plans and work to “fill gaps”. School committees and sub-committees review action plans with R3 committee. R3 finalizes overall district plans. Implement Orientation to Successful Practices Network Dec. 8/9 School leadership teams roll out plans prior to close of school year. School leadership teams attend Model Schools Conference. School leadership academy August of 2009 Ongoing staff development and support per individual school plans. Monitor/ Adjust Data-based decision making. School monitoring of school level initiatives – monthly meetings of school leadership teams Ongoing support of administrative team. Continued work per the plans as outlined. Continued membership in Successful Practices Network. On-site visits to model schools Annual participation in We Teach/We Learn Survey Annual report to R3 committee.
