ASHA 3 ASHAs were interviewed. All 3 were not trained in ASHA module 6/7. They are following children discharged from MTC & FBNC and are participating in sector meeting & VHSC meetings. But not distributing DOTS medicines. PAYMENT:- ASHAs are receiving payments for :- Monthly meeting VHSC meeting On follow-up of children discharged from FBNC/MTC ASHA drug kit is not provided to ASHAs.

JSY GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL BOX:- Grievance redressal box is not available at all visited health facilities. JSY PAYMENT:- JSY payments to pregnant women are not pending at all visited health facilities.

CITIZEN CHARTER Citizen Charter is not displayed at any health facility which was visited. ARSH ARSH clinics are not functional at visited health facilities except CHC Badgaon, PHC Bedla & PHC Palodra.
