NAVIGATION CONTROLS Use the green “Back” and “Forward” buttons on the toolbar to navigate to forms you previously viewed within the same application Do not use the back or forward buttons on the upper left on the browser toolbar “Refresh” button 7

WILDCARD CHARACTERS 77 If there is partial information that you must use when entering criteria, Lookups facilitate searching by allowing certain wildcard characters when searching on Name (Last, first, middle, organization) or State, for example. Wildcard characters that can be used in Lookups include: Enter the search criteria in the Lookup prompt, then, click Search to start the search.
