HPD –All 4 crewmembers wear CVC / DH132 Steady-State Noise – dBA Stationary – dBA While moving 10 to 40 mph –Can reach exposure limits in: »16 minutes with DH-132 »174 minutes with DH-132 and earplugs –Double protection recommended if traveling more than 10 miles in 24 hours Impulse Noise: –Moderate impulse noise from machine guns, AFES, Smoke Grenades, Main gun if crew inside and driver’s hatch is closed ABRAMS Tanks M1, M1A1, M1A2
