Classroom Rules  Be on Time: In order to make the most out of every class period, students are expected to be in their assigned seats, prepared, and ready to start class.  Be Respectful: This rule includes respect of school rules, school/individual property, and most importantly, respect for others.  Be Responsible: Students are responsible for coming to class prepared.

Homework Students should expect some type of homework assignment at least 4 days a week. Assignments will be posted online and in the classroom. Each homework assignment will be factored into the final 9 week grade. In the event of an absence, students can call a reliable friend to find out what was missed in class or check online. If a student is going to be absent for an extended period of time, please contact the school for missed assignments.

S.T.A.R.S Contract I will behave in the cafeteria I will follow all classroom rules I will come to class prepared I will complete all homework I will receive no bus infractions I will receive no discipline referrals A bonus will be offered to those students still in retention of their contract. A new contract will be issued each month.

Test Folders Test folders will be sent home monthly. A parent signature is required upon return. Grades will also be posted on

Classroom Supplies We require only a few basic supply purchases for our classes. Students should have a pencil and/or pen with blue or black ink every day. They should also have notebook paper. Markers are nice to have for certain projects, but optional. In addition, we also ask students to have several pieces of poster board on hand at home for future projects. They should be able to complete all other projects using household materials.
