Development of PUSD Principal Evaluation  Fall Principal Evaluation Committee Formed  Composed of K12, HR, Principals, Assistant Principals, PPA  Committee Process  Created understanding about the State Framework and the requirements of ARS  Reviewed research on principal evaluation and best practices

Framework Requirements for Principal Evaluations (and AP in PUSD)  Principals evaluated on their Educational Leadership (at least 50% of evaluation score) and the tool must be:  Rubric Based  Tied to ISLLC Standards Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium  Student Achievement Data Incorporated  At least 33% will be school’s performance on statewide assessments
