Applying Minimum Charges

Divisional rates for service pricing allows biller to use fewer bill types to accomplish different rates companywide.

Labor rates by ACTIVITY on the labor code

Labor rates by EMPLOYEE, by ACTIVITY, on the labor code

20 different options for automating your additional charges on service orders.

One time charge & discounts

-Expedite fee came from ship via -Additional Services came from table (labor) -Handling came from labor code parts handling -Svc Call Fee came from bill type (1 time chg) -Mileage came from bill type -Discount came from bill type -Trip charge came from travel lines & bill type -Special freight came from item

Customer record can override labor code and bill type.

Service price matrix has 20 options for price combinations. Mark up, mark down, set exact price, etc.

New flat rate lets you add items that will automatically insert onto the service order OR allow you to choose from a list of optional items.

Now you can post direct labor to a specific Sale and Cost GL based on activity. Also, specify activity as bill hours only & Include or exclude burden. Expand your accounting for service material and misc expenses by selecting the ‘Service Override’ in the product group.
