Status report for revision of API 17F API Winter 2014

Status Draft document was re-balloted by API ballot closing on March 2013. Ballot passed with 17 affirmative and 2 negative votes. Total of 110 comments, (22 technical), 3rd edition will be published as a standard Now on 3rd ballot, deadline 24th January 2014 NB Section on chemical injection has been deleted
