Objective a – Agreements Finding a Basic Agreement on: → Plan for Quality Assurance of the Project → Concept of Self-Evaluation → Concept of Empowerment-Evaluation → etc. Results: → Most of it in „Our Heads“ Until: Quality Assurance Plan: Month 2/ End of November 2005 ( full proposal: project aim C1/ 3 a)

Objective b – Analysis To analyse the most important (cultural and system-related) requirements for self-evaluation in CVT → Surveys with practitioners and those responsible, experts (also social partners) as well as participants (case studies) Results:National Reports: → Cultural and specific system-related requirements for self-evaluation Until:Month 6/ March 2006 → Summarized report in English and German Until: Month 8/ May 2006 ( full proposal: project aim C1/ 3 b; Outcome C2 b)

Objective c – Restructuring Restructuring and adapting the instrument “OSED” (Quality through Self-Evaluation and Development) according to cultural and system-related requirements in institutions that have been chosen for the gathering of experience in field access Result: → New national instruments for self- evaluation with specific cultural aspects (draft) Until: Month 9/ June 2006 ( full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 c; Outcome C2/ missing )

Objective d – Online Platform Development of the online-cooperation-platform through our e-learning specialized partner Graham Attwell → Direct exchange of suggestions for restructuring and adapting the instrument ( realizing a new quality of cooperative “learning from each other” on European level) Results: → Online - Cooperation – Platform Until: Month 1- 6/ October 2006 – March 2006 (English) → Continuous further development Until:Month 12 – 14/ September 2006 – November 2006 ( full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 d; Outcome C2/ d )

Objective e – European Self-Evaluation Instrument (draft) To develop a European instrument for self-evaluation in the sector Continuing “Vocational Further Development” → It is build on basic agreements and is connected through ongoing cooperation with consideration to specific cultural and system-related characteristics Results: → Draft of summarized instrument with a European dimension according to cultural and specific system- related peculiarities Until: Month 12/ September 2006 ( English and German) ( full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 e; Outcome C2/ e )

Objective f – Moderation To moderate this process through the specialized partner in e- learning Graham Attwell/ Pontydysgu, partner 2 Lars Heinemann/ University Bremen as well as the coordinator Irina Michel/University Flensburg → Help to come to an agreement and to combine the different suggestions so that the cooperation of partners will become a virtual “Community of Practice” Results: → “Community of Practice” in our minds and actions Until: ongoing ( full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 f; Outcome C2/ f )

Objectives g – Evaluation To evaluate the instrument according to the cultural and specific system-related requirements Results: → National Reports: → Evaluation results of the employment of the instrument Until:Month 13-16/ October 2006 – January 2007 → Summarized report (English and German) Until:Month 18/ March 2007 ( full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 g; Outcome C2/ g )

Objective h – Optimizing Optimizing the instrument according to the evaluation results in its overall cooperative as well as cultural and system-related characteristics through the online-platform Results: → Temporary final version of the instrument for all partners Until:Month 20/ May 2007 → Temporary final version of the instrument with an explicit European dimension Until: Month 22/ July (English and German) ( full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 h; Outcome C2/ h)

Objective i – Pool of Materials To provide interested persons in the field with an additional pool for materials including general aspects of quality assurance and evaluation (Month 6 – 18/ March 2006 – April 2007) → These “moderators” are able to work in their institutions as “change agents” and also are able to progress further self-evaluation even after the finishing of the project Results: → Presentation of Pool for Materials Until:April 2007 (original versions of the material mainly in German, English, French) (full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 i; Outcome C2/ i)

Objective j – Final Report The final results will be completed in cooperation with all partners and every partner team will be responsible for specific (agreed upon) thematic issues Results: → Final Report Until: Month 24/ September 2007 (German and English) (full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 j; Outcome C2/ j)

Objective k – Quality Management For the quality management the process evaluation of the project`s progress will be monitored Results: → Report about process evaluation From/ Until: ongoing/ Month 1-24 (English) (full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 k; Outcome C2/ k)

Objective l – Valorisation From the beginning of the project and even after the finishing of the project a continuing dissemination of the project results and interim results will be carried through according to the valorisation plan Results:→ Distribution of Flyer Time:Month 6, 21 → National reports about valorisaton activities of partners Time:Month 8, 16, 22 (English) (full proposal/ project aim C1/ 3 l; Outcome C2/ l´; m)
