Air Methane Air and Methane Gas enter the cylinder Diesel Engine Gas Injector

The Air and Methane gas mixture is compressed

As the piston reaches TDC a reduced amount of diesel is injected into the cylinder

The air and methane gas mixture combusts as a result of the diesel injection A ir

The burnt mixture exits the cylinder as normal on the exhaust stroke

o Operate 150+ mixed fleet, major focus on construction o 50%+ fleet utilizing Dual Fuel technology o Introduced Dual Fuel technology to UK in 1998/99 o Hardstaff fleet has completed 62+ million miles to prove the technology and develop reliability o Typical substitution between 50 – 60% o Typical CO2 savings 14 – 18%

CNG stored in pressurized cylinder containment LNG stored in cryogenic tank containment

Hardstaff OIGI® (Oil-Ignition Gas-Injection) Dual Fuel Vehicle Technology Electronic system that reduces the amount of diesel injected into a cylinder, replacing the fuel with natural gas or bio methane, without affecting power and characteristics of the original diesel engine. o OIGI® Dual Fuel is a patented combustion technology that simultaneously burns two fuels - natural gas or biomethane and diesel. o Sequential gas injection, metered on a cylinder by cylinder basis. o Diesel is required as the ignition source. o The engine will use 100% diesel at idle; gas injection and diesel reduction commences when engine speed increases from idle.

The OIGI system uses cylinder by cylinder gas substitution strategy o No change to original engine power or torque o Seamless transition between Diesel and Dual Fuel modes o Improves Driver acceptance o No impact of application of vehicle o Improved fleet integration o Proven reliable system is accepted by a number of OEM’s o Seamless warranty and service provision o No added risk for the operator / owner o Reliable and non-invasive technology platform o Acceptable to fleet managers and technicians o Ease of acceptance by operators, technicians and fleet management enables wider fleet adoption o Highest possible rates of gas substitution o Maximizes reductions in diesel consumption o Maximizes financial and environmental benefits

Reduced Legislated Emissions o Cleaner tail pipe emissions is a business differentiator o Drives new business, win contracts with environmentally conscious clients o Inherent reductions in Particulate Matter (PM) o Reduces balance point performance of DPF technologies o Reduces associated service costs o Potential exemption from Low Emission/Congestion area restrictions o May remove the need to install exhaust after treatment Reduced CO2 Emissions and ability to operate using Biomethane o Carbon footprint – a significant business driver within major corporate and governmental customers o Opens doors to new business and meets requirements of existing customers

Dual Fuel Substitution Vs CO2 Reduction Reduced CO2 Out Put In Dual Fuel Mode o As substitution rates increase CO2 reductions increases o With average substitution rates of 55%- 65% CO2 output will be reduced by 15% to 18% o 18% to 22% CO2 reductions In regional haul and over the road applications

Improves balance point performance of DPF technologies

No modifications to original OBD systems o Accepted by OEM’s o No effect on function of whole vehicle systems o Uninterrupted and seamless warranty o Minimal “service time” implications FYDA Energy Solutions is the North American Distributor for the Hardstaff OIGI Technology o FYDA Energy Solutions, Hand Selects it’s Dealers throughout the United States o Service and support from your existing service provider o Maintain single point service o Minimal additional service down time o Sales and service advice from your trusted local expert o Confidence and comfort of the “local feel” of the transition to gas o No Lost sleep

Significant reduction in overall running costs o Significant reductions in cents per mile running costs o Fast Payback in fuel intensive operations o Very effective capital investment o Game changing effect on overall fleet running costs o Use savings for strategic business development initiatives o Long term business security in a changing economic climate Combination of Dual Fuel concept and non invasive installation o Easily converted back to conventional diesel o More flexible at point of vehicle resale o No accelerated depreciation of base asset necessary o Around 50% Dual Fuel components recycled to second vehicle o Enables Flexible depreciation options o Spreading depreciation may further enhance business case

Capable of higher power ratings than dedicated gas o Single Gas strategy across whole mixed fleet o Develops expertise and best practice Up to 20% greater energy efficiency than dedicated gas o Reduces overall consumption of fuel o Bigger CO2 savings preferable to larger corporations CSR policies Can run on as dedicated diesel o More flexible operation in areas of low re-fuelling infrastructure or unexpected traffic conditions o No vehicle recovery costs if gas supply exhausted Dual Fuel – Altogether Better

At Hardstaff and FYDA Energy Solutions we offer the following after-sales support. Warranty on new vehicle conversions 2 years Warranty on used vehicle conversions 1 year Extended warranties are also available. Repair and Maintenance Contracts – available to cover all aspects of service and repair of items not included in warranties and to cover all cost associated with servicing the dual fuel system. This includes the periodic inspection and re-certification of the gas containment “Mobile Tech” technical support for the more in-depth technical issues where the regional authorized repairer is unable to effect a repair or has insufficient training of the specialist areas. Full documentation support
