Values For our approach to be successful EDS realises that clarity is required around: Peoples rights and responsibilities and contribution. The values that we are operating from in our engagement with trade unions and employees and how these values work in practice in relation to trades unions and employees. The relationship is one of collaboration which we see as being essential to be competitive.

Initiatives EDS uses the following ways to develop the understanding of difference and common interests: A modernization program addressing harmonization of terms and conditions, reviews of long standing policies and increased flexibility Separate trade union workshops with EDS leaders The need for trade union awareness program for EDS leaders who have limited exposure to trade union environments Participation by EDS in union-sponsored presentations and publications Support for EDS in new business proposals
