Dialog Jubail Supply base - History Dialog secured a lease agreement with the Saudi Ports Authority / Jubail Commercial Port for the a leased land of 34,500 square meters for 20 years. An extensive case study, design and concept was made and submitted to the Port Authorities & RC for the construction of the Supply Base. Dialog invested SR130m to enhance the given piece of land by extending the berth by 24 mtrs (back filling) and created a 400 mtr berth length with current land space is 47,500 square meter with a -6 mtr water depth during low tide. Acutal Land secured Ongoing Construction in Aug 2011

Facilities The Jubail Base station is located in a very well weather protected area within the Custom Boundaries of the Jubail Commercial Port where it has leased 45440 sq m and a service quay accessible 24 / 7 for Off Shore Boats , Cargo Handling , Crew Changes and able to accommodate six (6) Off Shore Vessels concurrently. The locations and facilities are the main advantage to the offshore vessels to serve oil & gas offshore activities by offering faster turnaround and being closed to some of the offshore oil and gas field.
