Reminder: ETMS Indicators Documentation For each indicator, a single folder in Alfresco Metadata is mandatory Tutorial:
Reminder: ETMS Indicators Documentation Indicator sample in Alfresco:
ETMS Sustainability It should include four general aspects: TESTING DOCUMENTATION MAINTENANCE BUSINESS PLAN
ETMS Sustainability TESTING A procedure for testing the system should be defined once it is draft running. A testing report should be produced after each test. Testing should ensure three aspects: - Technology, i.e. ETMS web platform - Thematics, i.e. indicator updates… - Policy relevance, i.e. new policy debates… The sustainability document will define how often testing should be undertaken. (6 months? Yearly?)
ETMS Sustainability DOCUMENTATION The Sustainability Report should explain how all the documentation is safely stored (Alfresco) and which is the structure of the different documents.
ETMS Sustainability MAINTENANCE It should carefully define: - Software maintenance - Database updates - Indicator revision - Documentation system updates - Monitoring reports production and difusion
ETMS Sustainability BUSINESS PLAN ETMS Further possibilities - Services and products derived from the system - Mobile apps? - Newsletter? - Regular publications? - Events organisation?
ETMS Sustainability Expected contributions (tentative) GISAT: webtool documentation and maintenance MCRIT: webpage documentation and maintenance NORDREGIO&SF: policy relevance & indicator update protocols. UNIGE: database documentation and maintenance In general: comments to the document once drafted!
