Π or CE mark, when the assessment is made according the requirements of PED? II. Which notified body, qualified according TPED or PED, is competent? III. CE marking on valves of transportable pressure equipment is in conflict with Art. 3(3) of PED? IV. Is the double marking possible on valves intended to be used on both equipment?

These valves and accessories shall bear the CE mark including those assessed in conformity with Art. 3(3) of PED, following the conformity assessment provided by a notified body, which was qualified according the same Directive.”
