E2E2  Conclusion One: The AIDS exclusiveness will diminish or even disappear –but E2 is one way to keep momentum in the response

E2E2 Conclusion two: Involvement of more stakeholders adds experience and knowledge and creates synergies in the national E2 work

E2E2 Conclusion three: Country ownership does not equal Government ownership – and should not !

E2E2 Fourth Conclusion: Innovative approaches like, for example, the investment framework/investment cases and treatment as prevention approaches enhances the E2 work

E2E2 Fifth Conclusion: Research and evaluation of on-going E2 activities must be promoted Final conclusion: The donor community cannot give up HIV and AIDS work even when countries take more ownership – it wouldn’t be sustainable

E2E2 Discussion Where should AIDS programmes be located in a country – under a President/PrimeMinister or in a Ministry of Health ?
