Combining Teacher/Principal Performance and Student Growth Measures: Evaluation Look-Up Table Today you read about combining the ratings from observations and walk-throughs using the performance rubric. Once you have combined the ratings, you will have an overall teacher performance rating. On this look-up table, 4 represents accomplished, 3 represents proficient, 2 represents developing, and 1 represents ineffective. In no way are these numbers to be interpreted as scores to replace the wording on the OTES rubric. These numbers are simply placeholders so that the look-up table is easier to read. A final summative rating will be determined when the performance measures and the student growth measures are combined as noted in the Evaluation matrix or Look-Up Table. Walk through samples so people know how to read chart.
