Text Suggestion: Improvements in our organization Dear Colleagues, We are an organization with a long-standing tradition undergoing major chances at the moment. None the less, we know that there are always chances to improve or simplify what’s already in place. There has been major progress in the IT industry, which have made improvements for us in terms of daily company organization; improvements which could also improve how you organize your work. In this context, we’re close to completing our current Microsoft platform through the xRM1 Modules. Work processes that have been running parallel to one another or were not even previously supported can now be integrated. More specifically, we are looking at: Project / Program / Portfolio Management HR Processes from Recruiting to Staffing and beyond Idea and process management We see three major improvements resulting: A major reduction in overall duplicates as well as doubled PC data entries Easier cross-departmental information exchange A significant reduction in user program surfaces As a next step, we would like to find out if these improvements are actually beneficial. This is why we are looking to you for your daily technical expertise. Therefore, a workshop will be taking place on February 16 th, 2011, to help collect our requirements. We’ll be gathering information concerning the Project Management and Human Resources Management in CRM. Please, in advance, think about which improvement topics you would like to be covered. Details about the topics you’ll find below. I’ve received requirements from other departmental areas. These have been collected and will also be added to the session. If you are not able to take part, we suggest that someone else from the department sits in for you. You are welcome to collect ideas within your team and bring those to the workshop.
