Social Housing Investment 2004 to 2008, Local Authority Central Heating Programme Central Heating to 25,100 homes, 2009 to 2012, Local Authority Voids Retrofitting Programme Improved 7,762 dwellings to target BER of C1. Released housing stock which was not available due to poor condition.
