What is the PSCM? The Pacific Senior Communicators Meeting (PSCM) is an annual gathering of the senior military communication professionals from each of the PE participant nations The PSCM serves a two-fold purpose Provide a venue to discuss and address Asia-Pacific strategic and operational C4 matters in a multinational forum Serve as a MCIP senior steering committee that provides guidance on the objectives and concept for the upcoming year’s MCIP cycle and PACIFIC ENDEAVOR capstone event 11
The PSCM and PE Benefits of scheduling the PSCM in concert with PE Enables senior communicators to witness PE and provide guidance for the following year’s PE operational concept Affords senior communicators access to experts from International Organizations, NGOs, academia and industry Exposes senior communicators to emerging technologies from industry and enables them to guide future systems development by relaying challenges and strategic context 12
