Home delivery service   essential dietary products   specialist training given to home-delivery team   monthly stock levels agreed   organised GP prescriptions   monthly phone checks with patients/parents

Home delivery service   products picked by trained warehouse team   dispensed by pharmacist   delivered to patients/parents home at standard times monthly

What did we compare?   mistakes   delays in receiving products   metabolic control   user satisfaction

saves time and never run out of products stress free service. Don’t know what we would do without it now…… made life easier pleased with service… chemist is a nightmare -home delivery is a far better option
