Lessons Learned: When you’re asked to lead…lead! All 3 Sectors must be included early Don’t skip over/rush any of the steps (especially 1 and 3) Partnerships are never easy; always better! Forget about “who gets the credit” The process remains the same, regardless of the civic innovation you’re seeking
