Acts 4:12

 Other churches Other churches, churches not found in the Bible, only add a person to that congregation and not to the church of the Bible.

The Lord does the adding, not man;  not a special prayer  not kneeling at a “mourner’s bench”.  Not “accepting Christ as your personal savior” The Lord does not act in such ways, the Lord adds the obedient to His church at baptism.

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Galatians 3:26-27
