Liner Removal - Fully depressurize the keg - Disengage the handle lock with a flat head screw driver and rotate handle counter clockwise by hand: EV Container Corporation

Liner Removal – Warning! - There should never be a need to use a tool to remove the handle - The keg must be fully depressurized before the handle can be moved by hand - Never use a tool to turn the handle – serious injury may result if the handle is forcibly removed while the keg is under pressure EV Container Corporation

Liner Removal - Remove the handle assembly and old liner EV Container Corporation

Liner Removal - Rotate the handle counter clock wise to disengage the liner - Any remaining liquid can be poured out the liner EV Container Corporation

Liner Removal - Remove and discard old liner - The liner is made from recyclable materials EV Container Corporation 7

Liner Removal – Warning! Before the first use of your keg the handle assembly must be cleaned… EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Note the O’ring and bayonet slot in the base of the handle EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Remove the seal from the Ozone sanitized liner EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Insert into fitment opening EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Pull the fitment towards the handle base - Note the finger position – thumbs on the handle and fingers on the liner flange - Rotate handle until the fitment slot is located in the handle base EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Pull the fitment over the o’ring to create the seal EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Hold the outside rim of the fitment with one hand - Rotate the handle a ¼ turn clockwise to engage the thread with the handle base EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation – Warning! - Do not hold the liner against the valve cage as shown when turning the handle - There is a risk of puncturing the liner EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Check that the fitment has not been cross threaded - The thread should not be visible. An even gap between the fitment flange and handle base should be seen all the way round EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Position the spear end at the base of the liner - Compress the middle of the liner with the left hand EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Compress the top end of the liner with the right hand EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation – Warning! - Do NOT wrap the liner around the beer spear - This will make it more difficult for the liner to unwrap evenly within the keg leading to a possible liner failure under pressure EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation – Warning! - Ensure the spear end remains engaged in the base of the liner at all times - Avoid creating a fold as shown on installation as this will make it more difficult for the liner to open inside the keg EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Gently feed the liner into the keg opening EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Before locking the handle ensure the liner is not pinched by the handle EV Container Corporation

Liner Installation - Once in place, rotate the handle clockwise until you hear the handle lock snap in place and you see the lock tab opposite the “lock” indicator as shown EV Container Corporation
