Schedule Highlights BES Phase II Sewer Rehab Program Rose Festival Moratorium: Friday May 30 th - Tuesday June 10 th Contact: PBOT, Jeri Jenkins Sheets affected by the Portland Rose Festival Moratorium: C10, C43, C44, C45, C46, C47, C48 Parades Sheets C43-C48 are all CIPP lined pipe with spot repair work. Spot repairs need to be complete prior to the CIPP lining.
