He has intense experience in start up management, organisation restructuring, process reengineering and continuous improvement techniques. Has had financial and operational accountability for terminals working all operational modes ranging in size from 150K TEU to 1.5 M TEU as well as a global portfolio covering operational performance responsibility. His logistical understanding includes contract and union negotiations, operational due diligence, system installations and upgrades and all financial related P&L.
