March 22, 2013 Dear Reviewer: In my career search, I have identified several areas of interest. The area that peaked my interest most was managing rental property. The declining economy and the decline of new construction has made it more difficult to get approved for a home loan. Of course, the government has lowered interest rates to encourage people to buy, however, the market remains stagnant. I feel the market is strong for rental property. My strong background with home repair and remodeling, communication skills and computer skills make me the best person for this position. Additionally, I am in good Academic standing with my school and have taken various courses that have exposed me to extensive work that has required a lot of time and dedication on my part. Also, I am able to multitask very well and balance several projects at one time. To ease your viewing of my resume, I have broken it down over several of the following slides. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Troy Fulcher, Electronic Career Portfolio -- Troy Fulcher 3

 Property, real estate, and community association managers typically do the following: ◦ Meet with, and show properties to, prospective renters ◦ Discuss the lease and explain the terms of occupancy ◦ Collect monthly fees from tenants ◦ Arrange for new equipment or repairs as needed to keep up the property ◦ Pay or delegate paying of bills, such as mortgage, taxes, insurance, payroll, and cleaning  The median annual wage of property, real estate, and community association managers was $51,480 in May The lowest 10 percent earned less than $26,180, and the top 10 percent earned more than $111,320.  A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, real estate, or public administration is preferred for these positions.  Job opportunities are best for those with a college degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field and for those who get a professional certification. Employment of property, real estate, and community association managers is expected to grow 6 percent from 2010 to Source:  Online: estate-and-community-association-managers.htm Electronic Career Portfolio -- Troy Fulcher 4
