Welcome to our condominium at Northville Ridge. This development is about 10 years old, with great trees, walking paths. It's a great area for retirees, families with young children, and working professionals.

Here is your commons building, where you can host events, parties and meetings.

Imagine strolling around the many ponds, seeing geese, ducks, swans, squirrels… plenty of flora, fauna, fresh air, exercise.

If you have children or grandchildren, they’ll love frolicking in the play park. If you like beach volleyball, then you’ll be here all summer!

There is a community pool, too, and a hot tub for relaxing.

This is your garage door, which is your more likely daily entrance, if you're a commuter. There's room for one car in the garage, plus a workbench and ample storage. The left door takes you directly into the condo.

Friends walking in the front door will see the kitchen straight away. The counter serves as a breakfast bar.

From the entry you can also peer into the living room and dining room. Note the ceiling fan in the dining room, and cozy electric fireplace.

Progressing into the kitchen, picture yourself preparing luscious meals in this ample kitchen, with included stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal.

Turning around, you see the sink area, with ample storage, breakfast bar and clear view of the living room. This is your command station!

The hallway to the garage is off the kitchen. There are two huge closets in this hallway, in addition to the utility closet, which houses the HVAC and water heater. It's so nice to be able to do your laundry right here next to the kitchen. Notice there is a utility sink, too.

Looking down the east hallway, you see into the smaller bedroom.

This is the smaller bedroom. What will you use it for? It has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and a nice view out to the street.

The smaller bedroom still has a huge walk- in closet. What will you store there?

The smaller bath is cheerful, and accessible via the hallway.

On the opposite end of the condo is the master bedroom, with a sliding glass door onto a sheltered patio. Trees in front give privacy. This is a spacious bedroom with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite bathroom features a large shower, and sink with ample storage.

This is from the dining room, looking at the living room. There is a picture window looking out to the street, and a sliding glass door out to the patio. You can also see the full-length glass storm door. …and another ceiling fan!
