And when it comes to content, its completely user-driven and many times time-shifted or device-shifted. DVR content, video services such as Netflix and watching videos on PC makes up 48% of all video consumed (Digital disruption: Evolving usage and the new value chain, February, 2014). Consumers are unbundling services they buy in the same way. 2
