NORTH AND NORTHWEST QUEENSLAND SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE FEASIBILITY STUDIES Project Delivery: Two separate studies: Power Feasibility Study A base-load power station within the North / Northwest Queensland regions, in and around the Pentland area A high-voltage transmission line to connect to the NEM which may also enable development of renewable energy generation and energy intensive projects o Low, medium and high growth scenarios, 20 year time frame, current and committed generation o Costs, benefits and risks of alternative mechanisms including commercial viability o Preferred solutions and implications

NORTH AND NORTHWEST QUEENSLAND SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE FEASIBILITY STUDIES Project Delivery: Two separate studies: Agricultural Feasibility Study Irrigated agriculture precinct in the Pentland / Hughenden region to sustain new sugar production, associated products and processing facilities Land suitability, soil, yields, farming systems Water flow, catchments, capture and transport o Gauge potential for sugar production o Sustainable farming practices, water efficiency, processing operations o Economic, environmental, socio-cultural impacts o Regulatory and socio-demographic requirements, maximise long- term benefits to local community, stakeholders o Supply chains, processing, biofuel
