© 2013 Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ISOE TC PIs ISOE TCs have crucial role for the sustainable management of the Programme. Effectiveness should be evaluated with generally accepted mechanisms and performance reviews. Article 3 (d) of the Terms and Conditions of the ISOE, which states that “the Centers shall be so organized as to ensure that all tasks as directed by the ISOE Management Board, or through the ISOE Bureau, can be undertaken in a satisfactory manner, and shall meet periodically to coordinate these efforts”.
