Mrs. M’s 3 Minute Rambling Autobiography I was born in September of 1963, the year John F. Kennedy was shot. I was born on the East Coast, lived on the West Coast, and traveled overseas. I have driven across country three times. I totaled my car in Brussles, Belgium. It wasn’t my fault. I love peanut butter on toast and hot cocoa because it reminds me of my father. I stole a blue eye shadow from G.C. Murphy’s when I was 12 years old but felt so guilty that I immediately snuck it back. I won City All Around in high school gymnastics and placed 3 rd at States. When I was little, I drove a steel fire truck through our dining room wall and blamed it on my brother. My brother Mike taught me how to tie my shoes. He also made me cry when he told me ‘there ain’t no Santa Claus stupid!” I went on a bear hunt once with my sister and cousin Tammy in the woods behind my grandma’s house. I collect dolls. I threw up all over my brother Denny in the limousine on the way to the cemetery to bury my father when I was twelve. I am a grandmother and a mother and a wife and a sister and a teacher and a lot of other things. Mostly, I am a dreamer.
