Structure and function Tools Field of application What to do with a moulder ? Examples of forms Technical overview How does that work ? Security by feed Cutter heads

What to do with a moulder ? It is used... For making rabbets and grooves To flatten To channel And to profile

Here are some examples of forms made by a moulder: Window frame Cornice

Structure and function 1.Protecting box 2. Two stop sides 3.Tool cover

How does that work ? When the workpiece arrives at the gap of the stop, the turning tool begins cutting chips. The form of the tool is the opposite of the form of the finished workpiece.

Single-spindle-moulder with feed It is a matter of security to use auxiliary devices like a feed to move the workpiece through the machine

Different forms of cutter heads Tool set for window frames Groove cutter Plane cutter Profile cutter
