Impact on Availability for Other Incidents W/T Pumps operationally deployed 5.2% of the available time (averaged across all W/T appliances) Retained Pumps operationally deployed 1.5% of the available time (averaged across all Ret appliances) Newbury’s RSV operationally committed 1.5% of the available time (139 hours) Slough’s RSV operationally committed 1.9% of the available time(167 hours) –(includes time driving to all 250 incidents from which the RSV’s were retuned before arrival)
