What to do if you do not have a reading list or have no clue to what materials to refer to Do a keyword search

The second line often represents the author's surname and cutter number – P The last line indicates the date of publication. QC32.P Anatomy of A LC Call Number

Where is it on the shelf? QC32.P Write down the call number and the location: Open Shelf, Reference, Red-spot, etc QC32 – Physic textbook P668 – Surname and cutter number year of pub.
Subject Search A subject search can be a useful approach when you do not have a specific author or title in mind but you have a general idea of the topic you would like to research. For example, type in “pollution" and then click on the search box for "SUBJECT”.
