Butterfly world We went to butterfly world

We saw lots of different bugs… African land snails Hissing cockroaches Stick insects

We went to see the leaf cutter ants. The lady told us all about the ants… She explained that they had different jobs. Queen, soldier, cleaner, builder and leaf cutter. The leaf cutter ants cut and carry the leaves back to their home where they use it to make the special fungus they need to eat. They try to escape a lot!!! their home where

After that we went to the butterfly house… We saw so many butterflies! Some were really big. Others were smaller. Lots of butterflies were friendly and landed on us! There were also caterpillars living in there.

We got hungry and ate! But we don’t drink nectar and the juice from fruit like butterflies! After lunch we looked around the lovely garden and played in the adventure playground. What an amazing day out!
