For the filling you need - 1 panettone - fresh dates = 200g - fresh sour cream= 200g - icing sugar
For the cream you need - milk = 250g - sugar = 50g - flour = 25g - 2 yolles - 1 vanilla bean
Preparation - cut the panettone into slices - gets the stars with a cutter - put the icing sugar - cook the stars in the oven for a few minutes - prepare the cream - put the dates with the sour cream
