MOTORCYCLE TOOLS 2010

8 Multifunction tools 7 Maintenance sets 6 Axle and bearing 5 Wheel, spoke and suspension 4 Tools for drives 3 Ignition and carburation 2 Engine 1 Accessories for service and garage Motorcycle tools

1 Accessories for service and garage. 1.1 Front stand for motorcycle The stand is used for servicing and garaging motorcycles. The stand comes with various attachments that allow placement of various types of motorcycles. With only minimum force required, the pipe construction is designed to handle great loads despite its light weight. A high-quality surface coating protects the stand from harmful atmospheric and physical effects.

1.2 Rear stand for motorcycle The stand is used for servicing and garaging motorcycles. The stand comes with various attachments that allow placement of various types of motorcycles. With only minimum force required, the pipe construction is designed to handle great loads despite its light weight. A high-quality surface coating protects the stand from harmful atmospheric and physical effects.

2.1 Clutch and gear wheel holding tools 2. Engine The tool is designed for holding clutch and gear in the range of up to 130mm during attachment or detachment. Its wedge- shaped gripping shanks provide grip between teeth while preventing them from getting damaged. The tool also includes a special screw, which enables tool fixation on a certain position and, consequently, a firm grip.

2.2 Rotor and sprocket holding tools The tool is designed for holding rotor and sprocket during attachment or detachment. Its universal design enables grip on holes with a diameter of 5 or 9mm and on the distance between 13 to 230mm. The tool also includes a screw which enables tool fixation on a certain position. A thoughtfully designed and easy-to-use construction guarantee easy handling.

2.3 Flywheel puller with internal thread Sizes: Type A: M10x1,25 M14x1,5 M16x1,5 M18x1,5 M24x1 M27x1 The puller is designed for detaching magnets with the following internal thread dimensions : The tool includes six- point sockets, which can be used as wrench sockets for detachment purposes. A high quality thermally processed steel and simple construction of the puller guarantee long service life and easy handling while working in your workshop or on field. type A type B Type B: M 16x1,5 M 18x1,5 M 22x1,5

2.4 Flywheel puller with external thread For all types of engines with magnets with external thread. The tool includes grooves, which serve as a wrench socket for detachment purposes. A high quality thermally processed steel and simple construction of the puller guarantee long service life and easy handling while working in your workshop or on field. Sizes: M24x1,5 M26x1 M28x1 M30x1 M30x1,5 M35x1,5 M38x1,5 M50x1,5

2.5 Valve spring compressor Material: carbon steel suitable for almost all engines due to it's wide range of adjustment 3 pressure pieces allows us working on almost all engines using it's very fast and easy with lever blocade extra large throat for larger engines heavy duty double - component handles Sizes: 18/20 20/23 22/25

2.6 Thiny sockets Sizes: sockets are from high qualietet treatment steel in spite of thin walls they are allowing work with large torque moments and they are allowing accessibility to screw and nuts to unstandard narrover slots they aren't assuring torque circumstances round DIN for standard sockets

4. Tools for drives 4.1 Chain breaker, press and riveting tool The tool is designed for riveting and unriveting driving wheel chains and camshafts of valves. The set includes accessories, which can be combined with regard to the size of the chain and the purpose of the work. A robust construction of the tool guarantees long service life. A surface coating protects the tool from harmful environmental effects. Accessories: - bolts 2, 3, and 4mm - guiding sleeves of bolts - attachment for widening rivet - attachment and support for attaching connecting links

4.2 Tool for controlling cam belt tension for motorcycle The tool is designed for controlling cam belt tension. The measuring scale of the controller enables precise reading of the force at allowed sags of the cam belt. Its ergonomic form guarantees simple use. The chosen materials ensure precision for a long service life.

5. Wheel, spoke and suspesion 5.1 Spoke wrench for motorcycle The wrench is designed for tightening spokes during wheel balancing. The tool's massive construction prevents any damage to the nuts of spokes. It enables tightening of nuts of up to 2Nm. The wrench can be used with six sizes of spokes. Sizes: 5,7 6,1 6,3 6,5 6,6 6,8

5.2 Fork seal driver The tool is designed for attaching sliding sleeves and washers on front forks of motorcycles. Sizes: 35 / 36mm 37 / 38mm 39mm 41mm 43mm 45mm 46 / 47mm 48mm 49 / 50mm

5.3 Wheel centering stand The balancer to do an excellent job and to be more accurate and sensitive. Of course a lot of this is determined by the quality of the bearings and shaft, and bearings, the ground shaft and the stability of the balancer frame seem to make a big difference. Stand is intended for home and professional use. Stand is allowing centring and balancing of wheel.

6. Axle and bearing 6.1 Blind bearing puller set The tool is designed for detaching all types of bearings and sleeves with the internal diameter ranging from 8 to 30mm. The set includes various gripping attachments and a guide with drift, which eases the pulling of the desired bearing or sleeve due to strokes. Thanks to its universality it is an indispensable tool in workshops. Its compact and ergonomic design guarantees effective and safe work. Sizes: 8 mm 10 mm 12 mm 15 mm 17 mm 20 mm 25 mm 30 mm

6.2 Hook wrench for motorcycle Key with hook is extraordinarily small, because he doesn't have handle. Key use with toque wrench and we can attract axles and nuts carefully.

7 Maintenance 7.1 Cable luber  Used to inject lubricant into cable housing  Clamps over housing and wire allowing an aerosol can be connected  Once lubricant runs out the far end, the cable is lubricated

8 Multifunction tools 8.1 Spring hook with BI handle The tool is designed for attaching and detaching springs (support leg spring, seat and tank spring, etc.) Its ergonomic design enables easy and reliable attachment and detachment of springs. A short handle enables operation even on difficult to reach motorcycle springs.
