Bali in the aftermath: In the distance, a car bomb explodes outside a popular nightclub in the tourist district of Kuta in Bali. The blast, which occurred on Saturday October 12, just before midnight, killed over 180 people and injured hundreds more in the worst ever terrorism attack in Indonesia.

Bali in the aftermath: Emergency workers remove a victim from one of two destroyed nightclubs in the main Kuta Beach tourist area. The attack focused on nightclubs that catered to foreign tourists.
