 To ensure, through personalised intervention and enrichment provision, that students in its receipt will be given every opportunity to develop into responsible, self - motivated, life - long learners and respected ambassadors of our community.

 Students will have ‘pathway’ meetings with our careers advisory team to support them in identifying and achieving their current and future aspirational goals.  Blackwell adventure day – an intense ‘fun’ day where students will be challenged by a series of 5 activities
