Neighborhood Preservation Program Planning Proposal

What is Neighborhood Preservation (NPP)? The Neighborhood Preservation Program is a 3-5 year award with the potential of receiving $525,000 from the NJ Department of Community Affairs to Point Pleasant Beach The Neighborhood Preservation Program is a 3-5 year award with the potential of receiving $525,000 from the NJ Department of Community Affairs to Point Pleasant Beach Per the award contract, “PPB shall develop and implement a Neighborhood Preservation Program along Broadway, between Route 35 and Ocean Avenue, and Ocean Avenue, between Broadway and Niblick Street.
