Ilford Town Centre – Planning AAP Adopted in 2008 and identifies 35 opportunity sites over 19 hectares, that collectively have the potential to deliver:- More than 5,000 new homes, in the long term. Approximately 95,000 m² (gross) of new and replacement High Street retail, restaurants, café, leisure and cultural uses. Other active ground floor uses (i.e. secondary, retail, service/ community uses, residential/ office entrances) and new/ replacement small scale commercial and employment uses.
