 Aims of the course ◦ Train educators to manage a global collaborative project ◦ To develop skills and experience with all facets of the project

 Course content: Designed to show how to use social media effectively for collaboration and creation ◦ Part A: Project design essentials  Aims and curriculum links, Links to standards, Working modes, Inputs and outputs, and Outcomes and assessment. ◦ Part B: Seven steps designed to flatten your classroom design principles  Connection, Communication, Citizenship, Contribution and Collaboration, Choices, Creation, and Celebration.

 There were twelve weeks to this course  There were nine modules to complete  There was an online meeting for each module held in Elluminate  Participants were granted time beyond the twelve weeks to complete all process journal and unit work
