Here are five methods of meditation you may want to try: It requires an attitude of curiosity and expectation, and leads to Exciting discoveries, A refreshed spirit, And transformation of character It brings reward and benefit.

GOD’S WORD : LIFE FOR ALL 1. Paraphrasing: Some exciting insights can come from rewriting a verse or passage in your own words. This exercise can be made even more challenging by using as few words as possible in your paraphrase. For example, Isaiah 26:3 reads: “You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.”

Am I willing to make a conscious effort to really trust Him? Now look at the items listed one by one and ask yourself - “My grace is sufficient unto to thee” Devil brings to your attention tomorrow’s problems and expect you to tackle them with today’s grace!
