COMPLETE DURING 1 ST 2 WEEKS. IA Detail: Identify 2 things you will do to keep yourself safe at your venue. B. Develops a 6-week, pre-season strength and conditioning program for the team sport of ____________ [insert sport and target age group here]. [AT 355, HS 342, AT 431] CRCR I.B Detail. List components included. Describe progression of one of the components. C. Using the above (IB) strength and conditioning program, demonstrate the ability to instruct an individual in the execution of 5 of the exercises.
