Ohio Support and Implementation…  Ohio Central Support (tier 2 support)  Project Managers, Trainers, Technical  Note: the first Wave, Tyler will be training the Central Team and 10 ITC’s. The second Wave, the Central Team and 10 ITC’s will be working with the other 10 ITC’s)  Surveys to go out to ensure proper support is given and provide assistance to any ITC that needs it (quality control)  ITC (tier 1 support)  Responsible for Functional Leader  Responsible for training/coordinating training with Ohio support  ITC will be held responsible for their districts success  Special Attention  Tyler supports implementing a statewide system and this implementation model. Tyler has experience with a similar statewide implementation.  All ITC’s will/may participate  All ITC’s will sign commitment agreement  Builds opportunities for collaboration  Centralized hosting  Standardization  Streamlines implementation MCOECN/Tyler/OASBO Partnership6
