State Flag The South Dakota state flag is surrounded by a gold blazing sun. With Gold letters of SOUTH DAKOTA on the top curved around the sun and THE MOUNT RUSHMORE STATE curved around the sun on the bottom. The background of the flag is sky blue. Click here to go back to title page

Travel In South Dakota Some places to plan a vacation in South Dakota are Mount Rushmore, Evans Plunge- Hot Springs, and The black hills. Mount Rushmore is a national monument of four presidents. The presidents are Washington, Jefferson, T. Roosevelt, And Lincon from left to right looking at the monument. Evans Plunge is a naturally heated springs, pool and water slide. The Black Hills are 125 miles long and 65 miles wide of rugged rock formations, canyons, grasslands, streams, lakes and unique caves. There are many activates you can do here.
