NPC sorority members were retained from freshman to sophomore year at a higher rate than nonmembers (93 percent, versus 82 percent). NPC sorority members graduated in 6 years at a higher rate than nonmembers (84 percent, versus 71 percent, respectively). NPC sorority members graduated with similar final GPA as nonmembers (3.30, versus 3.29, respectively).
