DEPED ORDER 27, S. 2002 IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEMOF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (DepEd PAS)

DepEd PAS Revised Policies on Performance Appraisal System enunciated under CSC Resolution No. 991792 and CSC MC No. 13, s. 1999

GENERAL POLICIES DepEd PAS provides Performance – based security tenure Motivation and basis for incentives to performers Sanctions to non- performers.

GENERAL POLICIES Operates on shared commitments and objective DepEd PAS Operates on shared commitments and objective Measures performance results through an individual employee work plan vis-à-vis performance indicators Uses performance-standard –based scheme on assessment attuned to organizational goals and mandate
