New EDS Custom Roles New roles added in Infinite Campus Role Names CIITS District Leader Evaluator CIITS School Leader Evaluator Role Permissions View leadership self-reflection View/approve leadership PGP These custom roles should only be assigned to district-level individuals who will be evaluating school leadership

Assignment of the “Leader Evaluator” Role CIITS District Leader Evaluator (assign role only at the district office) Superintendent designee who will conduct principal/assistant principal evaluations in all schools in the district CIITS School Leader Evaluator (assign role only in a school) Superintendent designee who will conduct principal/assistant principal evaluations in only select schools in the district* *Assign at each school in which she will evaluate the principal or assistant principal

Superintendent and Principal EDS Permissions Do not assign the “CIITS District/School Leader Evaluator” custom role to the Superintendent or Principals Superintendent receives “Leader Evaluator” permissions in all schools Principal receives “Leader Evaluator” permissions in only their school

Custom Leadership Role EDS Permissions Do not assign the “CIITS District/School Leadership” custom role to the Superintendent or Principals “CIITS District Leadership” custom role equivalent to Superintendent (without Leader Evaluator permissions) “CIITS School Leadership” custom role equivalent to Principal (without Leader Evaluator permissions)

EDS-Related Notifications Superintendent and CIITS District Leadership role Self-Reflection submissions of Principals, Teachers, and Other Professionals in the district Principal and CIITS School Leadership role Self-Reflection submission of Teachers and Other Professionals in the school

Reminders Only assign CIITS “District” roles at the district office Only assign CIITS “School” roles at a school Roles assigned at the district office will allow the user the associated permissions in every school in the district Roles assigned at a school will allow the user the associated permissions in only that school
