ONE UTD Introducing… ONE UTD – One Network of Employees, United Through Diversity – is an effort to promote unity, collaboration, respect and partnership within the employee community. The goal of the ONE UTD initiative is to help bring awareness of the need to: 1)work together as a team to benefit UTD as a whole; 2)promote understanding and respect for diversity and inclusion of not just age, race, gender, etc., but diversity of thought, ideas, and initiatives; and 3)show our commitment and concern for diversity to external job seekers.
